The AIRD preamp inherited from the flagship model GT-1000 delivers the sound and feel of a tube amp, and when combined with BOSS's diverse range of effects, it enables ideal sound shaping. Pedal operation allows not only switching between memories, but also individual effect ON/OFF like a pedalboard. The combination of a highly visible color display with touch operation and four knobs makes sound shaping rational and smooth. The USB port supports audio interface functionality and a dedicated app. External IR data can be loaded, and memory management can be done with the Librarian app. With the optional Bluetooth adapter attached, wireless editing and music streaming playback from a smartphone are also possible.
