This is a vintage analog delay pedal using a BBD element (MN3005) with a delay time of 65-300 msec!
Controls are: input (echo input volume, raise to a level that doesn't distort), echo (echo volume adjustment), repeat (number of echo repetitions), and speed (echo interval). It produces an echo effect with the softness and fullness characteristic of analog, and will oscillate if the echo is turned all the way up. The selector switch allows impedance matching not only for guitars but also for microphones, keyboards, etc. It was a high-end unit with a list price of 29,000 yen at the time.
*Powered by 2 x 006P batteries or external 18VDC. The indicator lamp is for battery checking only and stays lit when the INPUT is plugged in.
