The 2023 Gibson Custom Shop Murphy Lab 1959 ES-335 Reissue Heavy Aged has arrived!!

Tom Murphy, the master of aging who has been in charge of aging at the company for many years.
At the lab bearing his name, established within the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville, Tennessee,
His team uses the latest scientifically verified techniques to age the guitars.

The body is a three-piece construction of maple/poplar/maple. The center block is solid maple with no rear cavity.
It features the single-line Kluson tuners characteristic of 1959 models, an ABR-1 bridge, and a long pickguard.
The neck employs the Authentic '59 Medium C-Shape, offering a thicker, more substantial neck profile than the 1960 specification.

While there are signs of light use, it has been thoroughly checked and fully adjusted by our specialist repair team upon arrival and is in excellent playing condition.

Many original accessories are included, such as the genuine hard case, certificate of authenticity, Pre-Pack Check List (Date: 11.28.23), and paperwork.

Condition Grade: B+: Some minor scratches present, but does not affect normal playing use.
