This is just the outer carrying bag from the popular Gator Pedal Tote kit, which came with a matching rigid pedalboard. The board is long gone, this is just the bag. All zippers work. The carrying strap is missing. The pockets are nice and big. The fabric feels heavy duty. The original board was 16"x30". It has been used, but is intact and has years of life left in it.
