Among the many versions of the Dunlop Cry Baby Wah-Wah, the GCB95 remains the standard and the brand's absolute bestseller, a timeless pedal that continues to make waves.

The baby has been crying for a long time.

The wah-wah effect was invented in 1967 to imitate the sound of a trumpet solo played with a mute. The pedal was manufactured by the Vox brand at the time, but was already called Cry Baby. Guitarists quickly seized on this magical foot-controlled effect that gives the impression that the guitar is talking. Clapton and Hendrix made it famous and indispensable.
