The Angry Camel is my modded version of the Way Huge Red Llama overdrive/fuzz. I've added a boost circuit that acts like a master volume which can either boost or cut the Level control settings. Blending various Level/Boost settings will have subtle but very useful changes to overall pedal attack and tone.
Be careful! This pedal has a ton of gain on tap! Initial settings of the Level and Boost controls should be set below 11 o'clock then adjust to taste from there.
This is one of the best overdrives that I have built - versatile, open sounding, with excellent breakup characteristics. The white toggle switch controls the amount of "Anger" - in the down position with the Drive turned down you get light/medium overdrive, with the Drive turned up medium to heavy overdrive. Kick the the "Anger" switch up and get an instant boost in volume and higher gain from medium overdrive to crunchy fuzz flavors.
Custom paint is protected by a hardened epoxy resin finish that effectively protects the beautiful paint & graphics for years to come!
