The Paiste PST X Swiss Flanger Stack Bottom Cymbal delivers the cutting-edge, distorted tone modern drummers crave. Featuring Paiste's signature Swiss hole pattern, this perforated cymbal eliminates airlock and produces a complex, crunchy frequency response ideal for secondary hi-hat applications or aggressive stacked effects. Pair it with the matching top cymbal to create a lo-fi, industrial sound that cuts through electronic and metal mixes without muddying your groove.
Crafted from Paiste's PST X aluminum-copper alloy, this thin cymbal offers a short, controlled decay that provides surgical staccato accents. The flanging effect created by the perforated surfaces generates a unique, shimmering vibration that ranges from a dry, trashy "chick" to a shattering noise wash, depending on clutch tension and felt positioning. Perfect for drummers seeking unconventional cymbal textures and experimental sound design.
