About this listing
At first glance, this Stratocaster appears to be a classic ‘60s-style model finished in Sonic Blue, but it features a number of modern refinements developed under the supervision of Fender’s Custom Shop.Key features include a flatter 12” fingerboard radius, a modern 2-point synchronized tremolo, and a set of gray-bottom ’69-style single-coil pickups, combining vintage aesthetics with enhanced playability and performance. The guitar is rated in Very Good condition due to some discoloration visible beneath the topcoat finish (see photo #4). Aside from this cosmetic issue, it remains in excellent playing condition. The tremolo arm is a non-original replacement. Included with the guitar are the original Fender gig bag as well as the hang tags and documentation supplied when purchased new. Please review all photos carefully for details regarding the finish condition.Condition: Very Good – Shows some signs of use, but no significant damage.Year: 2013Country of manufacture: MexicoBody Material: AlderNeck Material: MapleFingerboard: Slab RosewoodRadius: 12”(304R)Neck Profile: 60s C shapeNut Width: 42.3mm (1.67")Frets: Approximately 70% remainingTruss Rod: Working ProperlyPickups: Custom shop ‘69 single-coil Controls: 1 Volume, 2Tone, 5 Way Selector (2nd Tone knob works on both middle and bridge pickups)Finish: Sonic BlueWeight: 3.60kg (7.93lbs)Case: Original fender gig caseString: D’Addario 9-42
