1977 Fender Precision Bass in good condition with a Sunburst finish and maple fingerboard. Aside from the strap buttons, it's all original and complete, including the case. This is a great Fender P-Bass with a straight neck and original frets, which are in very good condition, having been dressed in our workshop. It's light (for a late '70s Fender), weighing 9 lbs 2 oz / 4.14 kg. There are several small scuffs and dings in the finish, mainly around the edges of the body, but nothing major. There's a crack in the pickguard that's been repaired. Two extra holes, one on either side of the bridge. The neck is very clean. The headstock has a few minor scuffs around the edge.
This bass has been fully set up in our workshop with a medium/low action and is strung with a fresh set of La Bella RX-4ND nickel round-wound strings. Only the tone pot has a visible date (41st week of '76). The date stamp on the volume pot is covered in solder. The pickup stamps date them to 1977, as does the neck stamp. Serial number: S760615. Nut width: 42.5 mm. Depth at 1st fret: 22.5 mm.
