Up for sale is the Stewart ADB-1 Active Direct Box, a versatile active DI designed for both stage and studio applications. Built by Stewart Electronics, the ADB-1 converts unbalanced instrument signals into balanced XLR outputs, making it easy to connect guitars, basses, keyboards, or other instruments directly to mixers, audio interfaces, or PA systems.

Because it is an active direct box, the ADB-1 requires power to operate and can be powered either via internal battery or phantom power supplied from a mixing console or audio interface.

The unit features 1/4" unbalanced input and output connections along with a balanced XLR output, ensuring reliable signal routing in both live and recording environments. Convenient onboard switches provide ground lift, instrument/speaker level selection, and power control, giving you flexibility when integrating the DI box into different setups.

Compact and rugged, the ADB-1 is well suited for guitars, bass, keyboards, and other line-level sources in both studio and live sound situations.
