Ludwig 11x13 Rocker Elite Rack Tom Drum Black

For sale is a Ludwig Rocker Elite 11x13 Tom Drum in a black lacquer. This shows signs of use with scratches, scuffs, gouges and some chipping/peeling. The metal hoops and hardware have scratches, pitting and rust. The heads show wear but have plenty of use left. The mount is fully functional.
