Used but awesome late-80s Hohner "The Jack" bass, with original "soapbar" pickups and switchable active/passive electronics. Some signs of wear but some upgrades as well:
- Refretted with stainless steel frets (you'll basically never need to refret this bass)
- An original string tuning "claw" was worn out, so all four were replaced with more durable stainless steel ones
- Some dings and signs of wear as one would expect given its age, although lacquer is nice and shiny still
- Previous owner broke off the battery cover - this does not affect battery retention at all
- A previous owner put a thumbrest in at one point, filled holes visible, but only from up close
