D5.3 has a 26.25mm rim: slightly larger than Bach 4G but (to me) doesn't feel larger, but low range is stronger.
This mouthpiece gold plated at source (Schilke) and I guess slightly faded but very few scratches and the rim is still smooth, shiny, gold and comfortable.
Shank is somewhat scratched due to being played, but isn't worn down to the brass.
