Lowden F38 Batch 45 Indian Rosewood Lutz Spruce 2022

In honor of the 45th anniversary of the 38 model, Lowden has released a limited series, including this F38. This 'Batch 45' guitar pays tribute to the original 38, the first prototype of the 38 model designed by George Lowden in 1976. This model was finally put into production in 1977 after a very enthusiastic reception.

The current collection consists of three different models, each using a different wood combination and sharing the traditional features of the 38 series. Only 45 copies of the 'Batch 45' are available worldwide through 15 selected dealers, and this F38 is number 21 in this series. The Lowden F38 has a Lutz Spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides. The guitar also features 38-style features, including an ebony fingerboard with beautiful Leaf Style inlays, abalone top inlays, rosewood headstock overlay and maple binding.

This 2022 Lowden F38 is still in new condition. To emphasize the special character of this Lowden F38, the guitar has a label signed by George Lowden. The guitar comes with accompanying certificates in an Ameritage hardshell case.
