The St. Matthew GA-1E Plus+ Jet Black is part of the new 1-Plus+ Series from St. Matthew, designed for players who want a reliable, great-sounding acoustic-electric guitar at an accessible price.
With over 10 years of experience in the Thai guitar industry, St. Matthew was developed with a clear purpose: to offer high-performance instruments for working musicians, students and serious players who want strong value, comfortable playability and dependable tone.
The GA body shape offers a great balance between comfort, volume and versatility. It has more body and projection than a smaller OM-style guitar, while still remaining more comfortable and controlled than a large dreadnought.
This makes the GA-1E Plus+ an excellent all-rounder for strumming, fingerstyle, singer-songwriter performance, worship music, home recording and live playing.
This model features a Solid Sitka Spruce top paired with Mahogany back and sides. The solid spruce top provides clarity, projection and dynamic response. The mahogany adds warmth, body and a smooth midrange character.
The result is a balanced acoustic voice with enough power for rhythm playing and enough clarity for detailed fingerstyle work.
Finished in Gloss Jet Black, this GA-1E Plus+ has a clean, modern and stage-ready look. It is elegant, simple and bold.
For live performance or recording, the guitar is equipped with the Plus EQ system, featuring a piezo pickup with volume and tone controls. It is ready to plug in and play.
