PUNCh - Soviet Guitar Preamp 70s

PUNCh (ПУНЧ)- is for Портативный (portable) Усилитель (amplifier) Низких (Low) Частот (frequencies).

Very rare find from an early 70s. Idea was to use a pickup with acoustic guitar (it was selling with it), put it into this preamp and plug it into an any radio, tape recorder, amp, or anything and be loud.

Controls are: on/off switch, level, high and low. Cable with a jack is an output, and adaptor on a side is input. Works from 9v battery.

This one doesn`t work properly. Usually you can get fuzzy crunch from it, but this one sounds clean, low volume and tone knobs do nothing. I`ve replaced electrolytic capacitors, but it doesn`t help. So, it might be a thing for your collection, but not something to make a cool sound.

Unfortunateley, I can't sell items with returns guarantee. Look for last information on my IG page (link in bio of my shop). Ukrainian post are working, but slow. Shipping rates are set as a standard shipping. You can ask me to count EMS-shipping rate, which would be faster, but more expensive.

Take a look carefully on it and all photos. And if you like this product and buy it, you would get exactly this one.

Anyway, ask your questions! I'm free to talk. Buying from me, you helping our country.
