The Boss RC-3 Loop Station lets you build layered performances from a single compact pedal. Record a chord progression, add melodies or rhythms as overdubs, and then play over the finished loop. Stereo inputs and outputs accommodate stereo effects setups, while the internal memory stores up to 99 loops and a total of three hours of stereo audio.
A built-in rhythm guide provides drum patterns to play along with. The USB connection also lets you import and export WAV files using a computer. Saved loops can be recalled later, making the RC-3 useful for practising, developing song ideas or bringing prepared parts to a performance.
