Up for sale is a beautiful early example of a Gibson ES-175, dating to circa 1951, based on serial number A-5589.
This is a highly desirable early production model, featuring the classic single P-90 pickup configuration, fully hollow archtop body, and original vintage character that made the ES-175 one of Gibson’s most iconic jazz guitars.
The guitar is equipped with its original factory P-90 pickup, delivering the warm, rich, and articulate tone that defines early ES-175 instruments.
