The microphone comes from the private collection of Norbert Sobol, the so‑called ‘father’ of the C12 VR. It is a custom-made piece, recognizable by the engraved Swarovski stones. The microphone was used only a few times for private recordings and is therefore practically in mint condition. (Das Mikrofon stammt aus dem Privatbesitz von Norbert Sobol, dem sogenannten „Vater“ des C12 VR. Es handelt sich um eine Sonderanfertigung, die durch eingravierte Swarovski‑Steinchen erkennbar ist.
