Electro-Harmonix Epitome for sale. This is a fairly rare and hard-to-find pedal that combines three of EHX’s best-known effects in one unit: the Micro POG, Stereo Electric Mistress and Holy Grail Plus.

I am a big fan of the POG and, for me, it is still one of the best octave effects available. The Epitome lets you combine it with the Electric Mistress chorus and flanger, as well as the Holy Grail Plus Spring, Hall, Room and Flerb reverbs.

It also has a Shimmer mode that changes the internal effect routing, allowing you to create ambient, spacious and more experimental sounds.

I have used it as a compact way of having an octave pedal, modulation and reverb in a single unit, without filling the pedalboard with several separate pedals. It offers some of the flexibility of a compact multi-effects unit, while keeping the distinctive character of Electro-Harmonix effects.

It was discontinued in 2024 and is becoming increasingly difficult to find.
