PRS has introduced a limited-edition color version of John Mayer’s signature model, the Silver Sky.

The Wild Blue finish was originally used on a prototype created during the early stages of the collaboration between PRS and John Mayer. Since the launch of the Silver Sky in 2018, the color had been waiting for the right opportunity to be released.

Following the Nebula and Lunar Ice models, the Silver Sky Wild Blue Limited Edition is the third limited-edition Silver Sky. It retains the familiar Silver Sky specifications, including an alder body, 25.5-inch scale length, maple neck, 7.25-inch fingerboard radius, Small Birds inlays, and 635JM pickups.

For the first time in the Silver Sky series, this model features a matching painted headstock. It is available exclusively with a rosewood fingerboard.

Finished in a classic Wild Blue color, this model is limited to only 1,000 instruments worldwide.
