After extensive research by a long time customer and verified by a ‘reliable source’ we have replicated the enclosure now as well as the circuit for Tony Iommis elusive treble boost from around 1970 through until its demise in the mid 80s. This is a small test run of 5, based on demand after the customers post on social media.
This has the same perfect replica of the Dallas Rangemaster circuit, Handbuilt from scratch by me with my modifications to draw out the sabbath sound. Based on my own Rangemaster as a build style and using all 1960s components even down to the Colvern wirewound potentiometer.
The case was replaced, we recon around 1969/70 our version is as Close (without an example to use) as we can possibly get it using things around it in photographs for scale.
- OC44 transistor circa 1960-65
- Erie resistors circa 1960
- T.C.C or Plessey caps circa 1960
- Phillips electrolytics circa 1970-80
- Colvern wire-wound potentiometer circa 1960
This is a pre-order listing, lead time will be 3 weeks. I aim to have them shipped within that timeframe.
