Pair of Tosco 13" hi-hats, made in Italy in the late 1970's.
Very crisp, clean, focussed sound. Nice wash when open, strong clear 'chick' when closed. Excellent with sticks, brushes or soft mallets. Similar sound to the hollow-logo Zildjian cymbals from the same era, or even vintage Paiste 2002 13"s.
Weighed on my kitchen scales, the top cymbal is around 730g and the bottom cymbal comes out at 900g.
Some patina to both cymbals, but no keyholing or edge nicks. I've only ever used these when recording, never gigged with them or even practiced with them. They're on all four albums by Saint Tropez Orchestra, plus a couple of other things, so they made it onto vinyl for posterity :)
Certain Tosco models are quite hard to find nowadays, and these 13" hi-hats seem to be rare and very hard to find. Get them while I've still got them!
Shipping will be tracked and insured by La Poste in France. or local pickup is fine.

Please study the photos very carefully as what you see is exactly what you'll be getting. I'm always happy to answer questions about the hi-hats but please, if you have any questions ask them before you hit the buy-it-now button. Thank you.
