Product Highlights The Martin D-35 is a legendary dreadnought distinguished by its iconic three-piece back design, a feature that sets it apart both visually and sonically. Built with a solid Sitka spruce top paired with solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, the D-35 produces a robust, warm, and deeply resonant voice with a powerful low-end response. Unlike its sibling, the D-28, the D-35 utilizes 1/4-inch non-scalloped bracing, which gives it a slightly more flexible top. This translates into an incredibly lush midrange, sweet trebles, and a distinctively rich bass that has made it a favorite among vocalists, singer-songwriters, and flatpickers for decades.
