Its an exceptional guitar, very responsive... this is partly due to the thinly applied spirit varnish that Kasuga chose to use, as oppose to the usual thickly applied nitro or poly seen on most factory guitars.

The makers intention at the time was to produce an all solid guitar to rival the top Martins of the day, they incorporated a hand made ethos which means that the guitar looks hand made and hand finished, this is intentional and not a refinish

Supplied along with the original quality Japanese Takabe case with alloy trim

This piece is as near to mint as you will find, these were luthier built, in low numbers
