This is a true USA Custom Shop (not U-Series) 1984 Ironbird. Serial number is 884**. This particular guitar was professionally refinished in a deep candy apple red metallic finish with black bevels. The finish is extremely well done and could easily pass as a USA custom shop factory finish. There are almost no marks on the guitar, just a few extremely light pick "scratches" and a couple of other extremely minor marks that are impossible to photograph. Has original Seymour Duncan JBJ bridge humbucker and MGJ neck humbucker wound by Maricela Juarez. Original Kahler bridge, and Schaller Top-Hat tuners. Input jack and volume put were replaced. Unsure on originality of volume knob and 3-way switch. Frets were just professionally levelled.
