Very nice refinished Starplayer from 1966.
Started out as a Starfire XII but was converted to a 6-string by its 1st owner.
Due to this she has a fuller neck-profile than a standard Starfire IV, nice…!!!
The old refinish was professionally executed and looks absolutely fantastic.
On the front of the headstock the 6 extra tuner-holes have been smoothly covered by a pearloid overlay and on the backside they have been neatly covered by the refinish (see pics).
The bridge has been upgraded for better action, sustain and intonation.
The volume and tone pots have been replaced.
All other electronics are original to the guitar.
She comes with a snugly fitting and well padded softcase for safe transport and an extra gig-bag as well.
