THE “Black Beauty“ from Duesenberg…
She’s almost in MINT condition !
However, I put the condition as EXCELLENT in the listing due to some light “patina” on some of the gold hardware parts: the swith knob, the bottom end of the tailpiece, the trem-bar and the latch that holds the pickguard in place (see the last four pics for details). This can probably all be buffed out if you wish to do so, but I personally prefer her with the patina, which gives her some extra character… and it’s hardly visible anyway 😉
She has seen some light home and studio use, but was never gigged.
No scratches or dents or chips on body and neck !
The frets still have 95% of life left in them and are also not dented anywhere.
Fretboard has just received some TLC (lemon oil treatment) and she’s been freshly restrung with Pyramid Pure Nickle strings (.010 - .046).
She was also revised and set-up recently, but may of course need some adjustment depending on your personal preferences.
She comes with her Deluxe Custom-Line Case and all Goodies + C.O.A. (confirming the SN° and the PLEK-N°)
