From field recording to sound reinforcement, my POTAR Design FIELD MIC pair is an affordable way to capture amazing HD stereo recordings on any budget. This makes an exceptional pair of starter mics, that you will end up using more than any others.
The deceptively simple electronics allow for powering the 5024L-HD capsules (similar in specs to the Primo EM-272Z) from any phantom powered/P48 field recorder, or desktop mixer, enabling you to capture the lowest lows and the highest highs. The end results are spectacular- clean crisp sound reproduction, at a fraction of the cost of comparable microphones.
The 9.7mm diameter AOM-5024L-HD-R is designed for extreme fidelity in even the quietest settings from 20 Hz to 20 kHz.
