2-track Stereo Master Reel to Reel tape recorded at 7.5 ips. Rare collectible edition released by Capitol Records in 1958. It contains musical themes from famous operas such as Carmen, The Barber of Seville, La Traviata, conducted by composer and orchestra conductor Carmen Dragon.

This edition was released in limited copies with stereo sound at a time when vinyl records did not have the capability of reproducing stereo sound. The recording is of high quality on genuine Scotch 111 magnetic tape that was used at that time by all professional recording studios for Master Tapes. For the proper playback of the magnetic tape, the use of a professional or semi professional 2 track tape recorder is required, such as the Revox B77, Technics RS-1500, and Tascam 32.

The box is in very good condition with minimal signs of wear from time. The tape is in excellent condition with high-quality analog sound recorded live with the participation of the Capitol Records orchestra.
