The Reticon SAD1024A Bucket Brigade Chips were used on some of the most legendary effect pedals, I'll put a list of some of them below. It is discontinued since forever and replacements are scarce and kind of sketchy. Originals are super rare and if they're untested I wouldn't recommend taking the risk (our units work perfectly!). These babies are delicate! In the video the guy talks a little about the Reticon and the Electric Mistress, on of its most famous users.
This particular pair of chips were extracted from a Ross Stereo Delay, they are tested and are working perfectly! They will work nicely as replacements for dead pedals or help you make a super sweet electric mistress clone.
