1958 Gibson LG-2 3/4 - Sunburst

This little one has mojo as you can see
It's a short scale version of an LG-2 flattop.
The guitar can be dated to 1958 based on the FON number on the neckblock which starts with a T.
It’s in very good condition, plays like heaven and sounds great.

Gibson block logo gold decal
Straight mahogany neck topped with an unbound RW fretboard. Has had a neck reset in the past. Action is low and comfortable. The truss rod works fine. Frets are in good condition, little fret wear.
Original finish
Triple bound spruce top with a lively sunburst finish. Nice finish crazing.
Single bound mahogany back. Mahogany sides.
Original RW bridge with 2 pearl dots. Saddle has room to be lowered in the future.
Ladder braced top. Original maple bridgeplate.
Modifications : Neck reset. There are a few professionally treated (cleated) cracks on the body and top.
