Vintage Hohner Echo Elite Harmonica in the original box. Very collectable and very hard to find. These were made by Hohner in Germany in the mid 1930's for the World Trade Exhibition in 1933 and 1934 which took place in Chicago Ill. These were intended to be a "one off elite" design art Deco style for the event but production continued until the 1940's
The harmonica is in great condition for an 90 year old instrument. Very nice mellow sounds. All metal exterior with wood reed board. 48 holes on each side for a total of 96 holes. Keys of "C" and "G". Pictures show the condition with some paint loss. Box is in poor condition. Harmonica Measures 7.625"w 2.25"h
