We took the noiseless Classic Stack and ratcheted up the tone another notch. For this pickup we increased the output and thickened up the mid-range response, which gives rock tones an added push without getting harsh. This hum-cancelling pickup is designed as a drop-in replacement for Fender American Standard Jazz Bass neck position pickups. Combine with the slightly overwound Hot Stack Jazz Bass bridge pickup for a perfectly matched set.Hand made in Santa Barbara, CA, the Classic Stack for Jazz Bass uses alnico 5 rod magnets, Forbon flatwork, 4-conductor leadwire, and is vacuum wax potted for squeal free operation.
