VG-Line 12bit-Crusher

VG-Line 12-Bit Crusher allows you to apply sample rate reduction, distortion, and formant effects to your input signals. Perfect for crunchy, lo-fi sounds, the 12-Bit Crusher unleashes Soviet-era processing into the Eurorack domain.

This module uses a Soviet 12-bit DAC/ADC microcircuit used in measuring equipment, military equipment and special-purpose Soviet equipment and components. This specialized circuit allows you to select bit-depth, sampling frequency, and adjust the waveform. The input amplifier features input bias and adjustable sensitivity. The filter allows you to further shape the bitcrushed sound, greatly expanding the sonic capabilities of the module. The bias, cutoff, and sampling frequency can be adjusted by CV.
