As documented in Harry Shapiro& Ceaser Gleebeek Jimi Hendrix Electric Gypsy page 674.
Used by Jimi circa 67/68. Live stage performances include:
March,18th 1967 Star Club Hamburg, Germany. Live at Stora Scenen in Stockholm, January, 8th 1968. The Jimi Hendrix Experience at the Marquee club,London 1967 and The Experience Saturday Scene at the Corn Exchange, February 25, 1967. Given to Leon Hendrix while in Seattle to visit with family & to play the Seattle Center Coliseum September 6, 1968.
A letter of authenticity will be included in sale from Leon Hendrix.
Pictured with Jimi’s Stratocaster, Noel Redding from, The Jimi Hendrix Experience.
I have sold many of Jimi's guitars and memorabilia, including Jimi's Psychedelic Gibson Flying V , which now resides in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
*** A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this guitar will be going to
charities benefiting children and animals.
