Embassy series is a line of modern bass guitars with solid bodies and streamlined design. Models of this line come in standard four and five-string variants. All have solid bodies, 34" scales, high quality hardware and superior tone for the intermediate class of the market in which they compete. Embassy Special IV is the opening model of the series and it features a solid, double-cut body made of maple, instead of mahogany (mahogany is the most standard body wood in the Gibson/Epiphone catalog). On it`s flat top, there is a standard four-saddled bridge with chrome plating. Bolted maple neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard. Bass has no structural issues or crack. Headstock has a few dings and buckle rash on body. See pictures for flaws. Guitar is in great working order.
