Wilkinson WOVS Vintage Single Coil Pickup for Stratocaster Guitars
These Wilkinson M-Series® Single Coil pickups are great as an upgrade or replacement for your Strat.
Featuring vintage staggered poles, this model uses Ceramic magnets that have been tuned to Trev Wilkinsons specification, producing a low gauss, high-quality pickup.
The end result is a very cost-effective pickup, producing a convincing, authentic tone.
The middle pickup is reverse wound and has reverse polarity, whilst the bridge pickup is slightly overwound to give a higher output.
This helps to balance the pickups as a set.
These pickups are wax potted to prevent microphonic feedback and mechanical failure over time.
