This Sennheiser MD 411 works fine. It is a super-cardioid microphone. Comes with XLR plug. I measure 42 Ohm at the output.
(Many of these vintage dynamic microphones, especially AKG, measure below the standard 200 Ohm output resistance. To my ears, these low impedance microphones usually have a better bass response.)
The Neumann stand pictured is not included in this offer.
