Introduced in 1954, the Custom model tops the range: ebony fingerboard, stunning Black Beauty finish (ebony and gold hardware), binding on the back, around the top and fingerboard, split diamond logo, etc… it offers much more than a Standard! The body and neck are mahogany. This particular model features the classic pickup combination of the era: a smooth 490R in the neck position and a powerful 498T in the bridge position. It dates from a period beloved by fans of the brand: the 90s, and more specifically from 1994, the company's centennial year. The potentiometer knobs have been replaced, and there is a repair on the side. It is sold in its original brown case with pink fuzzy lining.
