For sale is a complete AMS Neve 1081R 12-slot rack fully loaded with 12 identical Neve 1081 red modules, together with the accessories required for professional studio use and remote control.

This is a rare opportunity to acquire a complete 12-channel Neve 1081 system, ready to integrate into a professional recording studio.

1 × AMS Neve 1081R 12-slot rack

12 × identical Neve 1081 red modules

1 × EDAC breakout cable to 12 balanced jack outputs 1,5m (no photo because still in use in my studio rack)

1 × Lenovo Mini PC, dedicated to remote control

1 × RS485 to USB cable/interface.

The RS485/USB setup allows the 1081R to be controlled from a computer, including saving and recalling settings.

1 × Gator 4U suspended flight case, for safe transportation and shipping

Condition

The complete system is in excellent overall condition.

It has been used exclusively in a professional studio environment and in a non-smoking studio.

The suspended flight case is included to ensure the safest possible shipping; however, in actual use, the preamps have never left my studio rack.

All 12 modules are fully operational and the system is working perfectly.

There is one scratch on the side of the rack, clearly visible in the photos. Apart from this, there are no significant cosmetic issues to report.

To the best of my knowledge, the unit has not had a recent service or refurbishment. It is currently working perfectly and has been used normally in the studio.

History

I purchased the system second-hand around 2012. The exact manufacturing date is unknown.

I do not have the original purchase invoice or original documentation.

Worldwide shipping is possible.

The complete system will be transported in the Gator flight case, with additional protection suitable for shipping.

Because of the value and weight of the equipment, shipping will be arranged with an appropriate carrier and with insurance/declared value suitable for the transaction.

Shipping and insurance costs are not included in the asking price and will be quoted separately according to the destination.
