The holy grail of chorus effects from the first year of production in 1976, in fantastic condition! The Boss CE-1 has left its mark on countless recordings and, with its solid metal housing, is virtually indestructible. The circuitry is based directly on the legendary chorus of the Roland JC-120 Jazz Chorus amplifier, setting the standard for countless chorus and vibrato effects.

The MN3002 bucket-brigade chip—which is no longer in production—delivers a warm, analog chorus sound that, unfortunately, is hard to find these days, and the built-in vibrato effect is simply breathtaking. The stereo outputs also allow you to run a dry-wet setup.

We’ve performed a cap job on this pedal, meaning all the electrolytic capacitors have been replaced with new ones. Now it’s ready for the next 50 years of rock ’n’ roll!
