About this listing
Hello there people from the internets! Up for sale is a 1997 G&L Legacy USA in the rare Blue Swirl finish. Although the G&L Legacy electric guitar was released one year after the passing of Leo Fender, it was designed to the specifications of the original Stratocaster but with a few modern features specific to G&L instruments developed by leo. The Legacy included, for instance, G&L's Dual Fulcrum vibrato (allows upward and downward pitch movement and is known for its smooth operation), Passive Treble and Bass PTB tone circuit (passive treble and bass controls which, unlike a conventional Strat tone circuit, it lets you reduce bass frequencies independently.) and was available in a combination of different tonewoods and fretboards. As you can see in the photos and video, the guitar is almost mint condition, with some minor picking scratches here, and it does not look like a 29 year old guitar at all (please check video and photos for a better perspective of the guitar's condition and please ask for more pictures and videos). The neck is dead straight and the truss rod works as it should (turn both ways without any hassle). The electronics are original and everything works properly (no issue whatsoever with the electronics). The frets show no wear and it has just been setup to my liking with Dunlop's 9/42 (action around 1.5mm on the heavy B and 1,25mm on the high E). It will be professionally packed and shipped by carrier (UPS or DPD) in the G&L Case pictured in the photos with all the paperwork and case candy. This guitar comes from a pet-free and smoke-free home. Please watch the close up video for more details. I have tons of more photos so please send me a message if you desire to look at them. Sold as it is. If there is any additional information that you might require, i'm happy to provide it to you, so send me a message. All serious offers will be considered. If you are a portuguese customer local pickup is also an option. In the case of international delivery: import duties, taxes and custom's are not included. Such charges, if any, are the buyer's responsability. Have a good day and stay safe!
