(Recording Available!) Classical concert guitar from Paracho, Mexico

This is a classical concert guitar from the Mexican town of Paracho, the guitar-making capital of Mexico. The luthier who built it is named Leonardo Robles; he is very active on Facebook and has clients from all over the world, particularly from the United States. This guitar was built between 2024 and 2025.

Please do keep in mind the strings (Savarez Corum/Alliance) are brand new. This is the reason why the guitar goes out of tune during my playing.

Top: Engelmann spruce

Back and sides: curlied maple

Bridge and armrest: rosewood

Fretboard: ebony

Neck: red cedar

Bracing: Santos Hernandez, symmetrical (body dimensions based on Smallman's)

Scale length: 650 mm

Nut width: 50 mm

Action : 3 mm / 4 mm

Strings: brand new Savarez Corum / Alliance.

It's a beautiful instrument with volume, sustain, and a bright, responsive tone typical of maple guitars. Ideal if you’re looking for bright, even percussive tones but, depending on your playing style, also offers the possibility of producing a softer, more lyrical tone, especially in the upper register.

The guitar has some dings mostly dued to the shipment from Mexico that do not impact the sound - you can see them on the photos.
