Antique 1890s Unknown Classical Baroque Parlor Guitar Exquisite Inlays Wood Rosewood Mahogany Martin Regal Washburn Possibly Made By Aubry-Maire or Jérôme Thibouville-Lamy (J.T.L.) Mirecourt, France
Guitar measures 36 x 12 1/4 x 3
Plays very well for being so old! Has some splits at the bottom that will need to be addressed.
As a disclaimer please understand this is nearly a 120 year old guitar. Assume some repairs have been done see minor splits, cracks, dents and all kinds of various issues along with natural 100+ year old wear and tear. Please examine the pictures carefully should they display things not mentioned here.
I'm not an expert in classical, baroque and or romantic era parlor guitars like this. I mostly sell electrics & cases as you can see. I came across a lot of project guitars and picked them all up locally. There are no markings so I don’t know who the maker is.
