The JBL LSR 2300 series is an affordable range of two-way active studio monitors built around JBL’s Linear Spatial Reference (LSR) design approach, aimed at delivering consistent off-axis response and a wide listening sweet spot.
Features include Class A/B bi-amplification, magnetically shielded drivers, and soft-dome tweeters loaded into JBL’s EOS waveguide for controlled dispersion. Rear-panel HF and LF trim switches allow simple adjustment, and balanced XLR, TRS, and unbalanced RCA inputs are provided. Sonically, the LSR 2300 series is characterised by a smooth, balanced presentation with a wide sweet spot and a comfortable top end, making it well suited to long sessions in small to mid-sized project studios.
