Vega style tenor banjo made by Norbert Pietsch, Germany, in 1995. The serial #9325 is painted on the resonator. Confirmed by Norbert Pietsch.

Tubaphone tonering, multi-piece flange, Oettinger tailpiece, heavy and massive resonator and nice inlays at the ebony fretboard and peghead.

length 88cm

scale length 58cm

nut width 32mm

11 inch head

This is a clear and powerful-sounding banjo that plays like hell. Actually strung in CGDA, but this should be a great Irish player!

There are several small signs of use and age like tiny scratches or some bumps. No cracks or structural problems.
