Here I´m selling this Vintage ELA 130a RACKED in a Wood case.
According to a technitian the device is functional, it looks in very good shape.
It was verified that sound passes through both channels, and the first knob slightly widens the stereo and mono. The second knob is for panning; it pans, but not like a typical panning knob.
