Dear music lovers,
After careful consideration and with a heavy heart, I have decided to part with my Martin OM-18 from 1931. This guitar is in remarkably good condition and has no damage and has never been repaired. Everything about it is in original condition, making it a true collector's item.
The guitar is characterized by the following features: It is made entirely of solid wood and features the traditional hide glue construction that is typical of Martin's vintage instruments. The back and sides are made of high-quality Big Leaf mahogany.
The fingerboard and bridge are made of ebony, the string spacing is 2-3/8″. The nut and bridge are made of bone and ebony. The tortoiseshell-colored pickguard and binding as well as the Madagascar rosewood accents give the guitar a classy look.
I hope that the guitar will be in good hands and will continue to be appreciated. It is not easy for me to part with it, but I am convinced that its new owner will enjoy it as much as I do.
The Martin OM-18 will be shipped with the original case in a very well-padded wooden box.
