Selling this Neumann TLM67 internal electronics. It is brand new (bought Jannuary 23rd, 2024) and was only used once to test it.
With these parts, you can easily make your U87Ai become a TLM67 in a nondestructive way, for a warmer vintage sound, similar to the legendary U67. Both U87Ai and TLM67 share the same capsules and heads. All you need to do is swap the electronics assembly by unscrewing the bottom cap of the mic and detaching the assembly from the capsule head after removing the body tube. Once attaching the new assembly, put the tube back in place and reinstall the bottom cap. This process shouldn't take more than a minute once you are familiar with the microphones.
These swaps are non-permanent, giving you a second flavor of Neumann sound for a fraction of the price.
